Yesterday, the Directorate of Information and Culture of Takhar held a coordination meeting with the officials of the active printing houses of Takhar regarding the issue of license acquisition and renewal, writing national words on notice boards and advertising boards.
The Department of Information and Culture advised the printing presses to prevent foreign words that are against Islamic values and authentic Afghan culture in the printing of plaques and signs, and the printing presses that have not obtained a license to operate should obtain a license within one month otherwise. They will be dealt with legally.
Also, during the meeting, the printing press officials expressed their gratitude for the cooperation of the Department of Information and Culture and promised to obtain licenses within a month.
